Everest Panorama Trek is a special package to view Everest and experience the enticing Sherpa culture in a short span of time. This trek is comparatively easier than other treks in the Khumbu region. But still, you cannot underestimate the trip as it goes up to Tengbuche monastery, which is located at 3800 metres.
The stunning views of the 800 metres and lower peaks can be explored during the Everest Panorama trek. They include Mt. Everest (8848m), Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and the various trekking peaks as Island Peak and others. Crossing the Dudhkoshi valley, you walk through the Sagarmatha National Park to the Sherpa headquarter-Namche Bazaar. Taking a side trip to Khumjung and Everest View Hotel, you can enjoy the cultural prosperity of the Sherpa people in combination with the exciting Himalayan panoramas. The trek goes through the awesome rhododendron forest and also the views of wild animals and birds. Tengbuche monastery is the final destination of this trek, which is the spiritual centre of the Everest region. The spectacular monastery lies there. Exploring it, the trek descends all the way to Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu.
Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m).
Day 02:Full Day Kathmandu Sightseeing and trek preparation.
Day 03:Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2652m). 35 min flight/4-5 hrs walk.
Day 04:Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m). 5-6 hrs walk.
Day 05:Acclimatization Day.
Day 06:Trek to Tyangboche (3867m). 5-6 hrs walk.
Day 07:Trek to Khumjung (3790m). 4-5 hrs walk.
Day 08:Trek to Monjo (2840m). 6-7 hrs walk.
Day 09:Trek to Lukla (2652m).
Day 10:Fly to Kathmandu.
Day 11:Final Departure.
