Ang Chhiring Sherpa

Ang Chhiring Sherpa, born on January 23, 1989, in the beautiful village of Bung-9, Solukhumbu, is a seasoned trekking guide with a deep passion for the mountains. Growing up in the shadow of the Himalayas, he developed a love for adventure and mountaineering from an early age. Ang Chhiring began his journey in the tourism industry in 2009 and joined Spiritual Excursion in 2017, becoming an integral part of the team. He is a certified Trekking Sardar, registered under number 2504. Over the years, he has completed all major treks in Nepal, Tibet, Mount Kailash, and India, and has successfully climbed iconic peaks like Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, Mera Peak, Island Peak, and Lobuche. To further enhance his guiding skills, he has completed professional rock climbing training and a mountain rescue navigation course, ensuring he is well-prepared to handle challenging situations in the mountains. With a high school education and first aid training, Ang Chhiring prioritizes the safety and well-being of his clients while sharing his profound knowledge of the region. Fluent in Tibetan, Sherpa, English, and Hindi, he connects effortlessly with people from diverse backgrounds. Known for his disciplined nature, kind heart, and unparalleled expertise, Ang Chhiring has guided countless adventurers, leaving them with unforgettable memories of the Himalayas. When he isn’t guiding, he enjoys sharing stories of his climbs and the rich culture of his Sherpa heritage.
