Your expedition begins upon arrival in Nepal, where our dedicated team at Spiritual Excursion will warmly welcome you. After a brief introduction, we'll transfer you to your pre-booked hotel in Kathmandu, allowing you to unwind after your journey. The following day, while we arrange the necessary permits for the Everest Three Passes trek, our experienced trekking guide will provide a comprehensive briefing on the itinerary.

Starting with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla on the next day, we'll rendezvous with our porter team and commence the trek. The journey begins with a stop at Phakding (2,652m/8,700ft), followed by the ascent to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft), where we take a day for acclimatization. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayan valleys as we continue trekking to Tengboche Monastery and Dingboche, with additional acclimatization at Nagarsyang Peak. The next day marks the ascent up theKongma-La Pass, where we'll witness awe-inspiring panoramic views before descending to Lobuche village. The following day, we trek to Everest Base Camp and see at the iconic Himalayan surroundings before returning back to Gorakshep for an overnight stay. After a good night’s sleep we embark on a sunrise hike to Kala Pattar Hill for a mesmerizing view of the Himalayan sunrise.The second part of the Everest Three Passes trek begins with a return to Lobuche village, followed by a trek to Dzongla village, situated near the second mountain pass, the Cho La Pass (5,420m/17,782ft). Enjoy stunning views of Mt Cholatse and Chola Lake as we make our way to Thangnak village andGokyo village, nestled beside the serene Gokyo Lakes. Here we'll spend an additional day exploring and hiking up GokyoRi Hill for panoramic vistas.

The final leg of the journey commences on day fourteen, as we traverse the third and last mountain pass, the Renjo-La (5,345m/17,536ft), reveling in the sense of accomplishment atop the pass. Descend to Marlung village before continuing to Thame and finally returning to Namche Bazaar. The last day of trekking we retrace our steps back to Lukla via Phakding.Upon reaching Lukla, bid farewell to our dedicated porter team as we celebrate the success of the Everest Three Passes trek. The following day, fly back to Kathmandu and conclude your remarkable 18-day trek with a special farewell dinner.

Following breakfast, you'll have the opportunity to meet with our Spiritual Excursion’s experienced trekking guide who will not only provide you with crucial information about the Everest Three Passes trek itinerary, but also offer valuable support and guidance to ensure you're fully prepared for the upcoming trek in the Himalayas. During this meeting, your guide will go over essential details about the trek, including insights into the terrain, weather conditions, and safety precautions to keep in mind.. As you prepare, take a moment to mentally visualize the incredible landscapes and experiences that await you in the Himalayas. With everything in order, spend the night at your hotel in Kathmandu.

Begin your day with breakfast at your hotel before checking out. You'll transfer to the domestic airport for a scenic flight to Lukla, a thrilling experience offering breathtaking aerial views of the Himalayas. Upon landing in Lukla, your trekking journey officially commences as you embark on a short trek to Phakding. The trek, approximately 3-4 hours long, takes you through enchanting trails adorned with verdant forests, cascading waterfalls, and charming Sherpa villages, offering glimpses into the traditional mountain way of life. Upon reaching Phakding, settle into your teahouse and enjoy that first Himalayans dinner, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the Himalayan landscape, before retiring for a restful overnight stay at the best available teahouse.

Wake up and enjoy a nutritious breakfast to fuel you for the day's trek. Departing from Phakding, the journey begins towards Namche Bazaar, the bustling heart of the Khumbu region. Trek through lush Rhododendron and pine forests, where you'll be treated to stunning vistas of the surrounding landscapes and rushing riverside of the DudhKhosi River. Pause at Monjo for permit checks, then cross several iconic suspension bridges over the DudhKoshi and BhoteKoshi Rivers. Traverse through picturesque landscapes, catching glimpses of Jorsalle village nestled amidst the mountains. Anticipation builds as you approach Namche Bazaar. Finally, arrive at this large Sherpa town, filled with bustling markets and colorful prayer flags fluttering in the breeze. Settle into your teahouse for a well-deserved dinner, rest and overnight stay, while being surrounded by the peacefulness beauty of the Himalayas.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast as you prepare for your first day of acclimatization in Namche Bazaar. The bustling market streets call, offering a fascinating glimpse into the local way of life. Make your way to the iconic Hillary Statue, a tribute to Sir Edmund Hillary and Tenzing Norgay Sherpa, the first climbers to conquer Mount Everest. Next, embark on a scenic hike towards Syangboche and the renowned Everest View Hotel, where you'll be rewarded with views of the majestic Mt. Everest and the surrounding Himalayan peaks. Depending on the time, you can also choose to hike further towards the Khumjung Monastery. After a day filled with exploration and incredible views, return to Namche Bazaar for a delicious dinner and a cozy overnight stay at the teahouse.

Today, after breakfast you'll embark on a picturesque trek to Tengboche, renowned for its breathtaking mountain views and ancient monastery. Setting off from Namche Bazaar, you'll traverse along winding mountain trails, offering panoramic vistas of towering peaks such as Mt. Everest, Nuptse, and Lhotse, providing a constant reminder of the awe-inspiring beauty of the Himalayas. Along the way, immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of ancient Tibetan Buddhist monasteries, adorned with colorful prayer flags and intricate murals, offering a glimpse into the rich spiritual heritage of the region. As the sun begins to set, casting a golden glow over the rugged mountain landscape, you'll arrive at Tengboche. Explore around the Buddhist Monastery and take in the breathtaking views of especially Mt Thamserku. Dinner and overnight stay at the best available teahouse.

Start your day with a hearty breakfast before you begin your trek to Dingboche. Leaving from Tengboche, you'll walk through beautiful scenery towards the ImjaKhola Valley, passing rugged terrain and pristine landscapes along the way. Enjoy stunning views of the Himalayas as you go. As you descend to the charming village of Debuche, you'll cross the Imja River using strong suspension bridges adorned with colorful prayer flags. Keep going until you reach Dingboche, nestled among tall peaks and lush meadows, where you'll receive a warm welcome from the Sherpa people. Dinner and overnight stay at the best available teahouse.

Wake up to the fresh mountain air and enjoy a filling breakfast before a day of relaxation and getting used to the altitude in Dingboche. Take some time to explore the area and take in the stunning mountain views. You can go for a leisurely hike to Nagarsang Peak or explore the beautiful Chhukung Valley, where you'll see incredible views of famous Himalayan peaks like Island Peak and Mt. AmaDablam. Enjoy the calm atmosphere of Dingboche, surrounded by tall peaks and pristine scenery. End your day with a tasty dinner at your teahouse, sharing stories of the day's acclimatization hike, and then get a good night's sleep.

Start your day with a good breakfast before you head out for an exciting trek to Lobuche through the challenging Kongma-La Pass. Beginning from Chukung, you have two options: either take the northwest trail towards the Nuptse Glacial moraines or backtrack to Bibre and climb above the NiyangKhola River. Once you reach the top of the Kongma-La Pass, you'll be treated to stunning panoramic views of the Himalayan peaks and icy landscapes all around. Then, make your way down to the Khumbu Glacier and continue on to Lobuche village, nestled in the mountain scenery. Have a delicious dinner at your teahouse and get ready for a peaceful night's sleep.

Enjoy a filling breakfast to prepare for an exciting day of trekking. Starting from Lobuche, make your way to Gorakshep, the last village before Mt Everest! Along the rugged path, take in the amazing views of the Khumbu Glacier and the Himalayan peaks. Once you arrive in Gorakshep, drop off your things at the teahouse and then head out for a thrilling hike to Everest Base Camp! Trek across and along a part of the icy Khumbu Glacier until you reach the famous Everest Base Camp, where climbers begin their ascent of Mount Everest. Take some time to soak in the stunning views of the towering peaks and icy landscapes before returning back to Gorakshep.

Rise early around 4am, for a hike up Kalapatthar Hill to witness the sunrise over the Himalayas, then return to Gorakshep for breakfast before trekking back to Lobuche. Traverse a challenging glacier terrain, followed by a manageable path offering stunning views of the Khumbu Glacier and surrounding peaks, descending cautiously as the glacier disappears from view. Replenish energy at teahouses in Lobuche before heading towards Dzongla, following the trail alongside the Khumbu Glacier westward. Enjoy breathtaking landscapes of Dzongla, including views of the valley and Mt AmaDablam dominating the horizon, with a picturesque alpine lake along the way. Dinner and overnight stay at the teahouse in Dzongla.

Following a hearty breakfast, we embark on the trail leading to the Cho La Pass. As we ascend, the majestic Cho La Lake comes into view, with the iconic AmaDablam towering over nearby mountains to the south, and Cholatse rising in the west. The climb becomes more challenging as we encounter boulders, some of which require scrambling. The final stretch to Cho La presents obstacles as the trail winds around a gap adorned with prayer flags and rocks. The panoramic views of towering peaks are breathtaking! The descent to Thangnak is lengthy but manageable. Upon reaching the edge of the Ngozumpa glacier, one of Nepal's longest, we cross it to discover the second Gokyo Lake among a series of six. Further along lies the third Gokyo Lake, where Gokyo Village rests by the shore, serving as our accommodation for the night. Enjoy a well-deserved dinner and a relaxing overnight stay at the teahouse.

Today is a well-deserved break, allowing for adjustment to the high altitude and for exploring in the stunning environment of Gokyo. Following a relaxed breakfast, embark on a challenging trek up to GokyoRi, a towering peak offering panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks. From here breathtaking views of iconic peaks such as Everest, Makalu, Cho Oyu, and the expansive Ngozumba Glacier can be seen. Take a moment to absorb the awe-inspiring scenery and capture memorable photographs or videos of the majestic Himalayas with the Gokyo Lakes below. In the afternoon, consider an additional excursion to the pristine 5th Lake, a serene alpine lake nestled amidst the barrenHimalayan landscape. After a day filled with exploration and adventure, return to the teahouse for a warm meal and a peaceful overnight stay.

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, get ready for an exciting trek to Marlung, crossing the challenging Renjo-La Pass, located at an altitude of 5,345 meters or 17,536ft. This pass marks the third and final mountain pass of the Everest Three Passes trek. Starting from Gokyo, follow the trail alongside the scenic DudhPokhari Lake, surrounded by towering peaks and pristine glaciers. As you ascend towards the Renjo-La Pass, admire the breathtaking views of the Rolwaling Himalayas, with majestic peaks looming in the distance. Reach the pass summit and take in panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes before descending towards the south bank of the AngladumbaTsho Lake. Continue along the trail towards Lumde and hike along the eastern banks of the BhoteKhosi River to reach Marlung village. Enjoy a delicious dinner at the teahouse and settle in for an overnight stay.

Today after breakfast, we trek on an ancient trail from Marlung to Namche Bazaar. This part of the trek boasts a rich history as a traditional route frequented by Tibetan traders for centuries. As we trek from Marlung, we'll traverse alongside the BhoteKoshi River, with the path eventually leading us through Taranga. Continuing our descent, we'll journey through picturesque landscapes until we reach the charming Thame village, renowned for its Khari Gompa monastery. Passing through quaint villages along the way, our trekends in the familiar Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar, where we'll spend a rejuvenating night and enjoy dinner at the teahouse.

After a satisfying breakfast, we begin our final trek by descending from Namche Bazaar towards Monjo and Phakding. Traversing forested terrain and crossing the river multiple times, we enjoy the beautifulvalley views.Upon reaching back at Lukla. We conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at the teahouse, thinking back to the amazing trek around the Everest Three High Passes

Enjoy your last Himalayan breakfast surrounded by the stunning mountain and hill scenery before catching a morning flight back to Kathmandu. Take in the breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains and lush green landscapes from above as you head back. Once you arrive in Kathmandu, make your way to your hotel for check-in. Later in the evening, join Spiritual Excursion for a special farewell dinner to celebrate the success of your 18-day adventure around the Everest Three High Passes!
